The Challenge aimed to attract local and global FinTechs with market-ready solutions to address identified challenges faced by Pacific Islands countries. The geographical focus of this edition of the Challenge was the Pacific Island Countries of Fiji, Samoa, Tonga and the challenge was conducted in Singapore.

Around 54 applicants participated in the initial round of the challenge, among which 11 were shortlisted for the bootcamp event. ITGalax Solutions was one of the 2 technology companies shortlisted from the South Pacific. Our AI modeled Chatbot solution was proposed to Digitize Customer Serve operations for the Fiji Development Bank. During the 3 day event, ITGalax demonstrated and addressed the challenges faced by the Fiji Development Bank and was successfully selected to implement the solution.
